ASL JEWELLERY – TERMS OF SERVICE

This website is operated by ASL Jewellery. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

1. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION TIMELINES

All ASL Jewellery rings are custom-crafted to order.

  • Lead Time: Production takes approximately 10 to 12 weeks from the date of purchase before dispatch. Pre-orders carry this same lead time unless stated otherwise.

  • Cancellations: Because production begins immediately, we cannot accept any order cancellations, style amendments, or size changes once an order is confirmed.

2. MANDATORY RING SIZING POLICY

  • Customer Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to check your correct size before ordering.

  • Liability: Because items are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns, modifications, or exchanges due to an incorrect size being ordered by the customer. ### 3. MATERIALS & NATURAL CHARACTERISTICS All jewellery is crafted in 925 sterling silver.

  • Tarnishing: Sterling silver naturally tarnishes and develops a patina over time. This is a natural characteristic of the metal and is not a manufacturing fault or defect.

  • Variations: Minor variations may exist between individual handmade pieces and the photography displayed on the site.

4. REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS

In line with UK consumer laws for custom-made items:

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for changes of mind or sizing mistakes.

  • We will issue a replacement or full refund only if your ring arrives with a manufacturing fault, or if an incorrect ring or size was shipped due to our error. Faults must be reported via our Contact Page immediately upon delivery.

6. PAYMENT SECURITY

All transactions are securely handled via Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateway. We accept major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your financial details are never stored by us.

7. ERRORS AND CANCELLING ORDERS

We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors or inaccuracies regarding product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders if any information on the site is incorrect, even after your order has been submitted.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site—including jewellery designs, photography, text, logos, and graphics—is the exclusive property of ASL Jewellery and is protected by UK copyright laws. It cannot be copied or reproduced without our written permission.
